"When will I receive my order?"

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), allowing time to select and pack your products.
However, order processing times may vary depending on product availability or during particularly busy periods (Black Friday, sales, etc.).
Of course, we always do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been prepared, it is dropped off at a post office, and the carrier takes over from there. For deliveries in France, in most cases your parcel arrives within 3 or 4 days of being prepared.

"I haven't received a tracking number."

Once your order has been prepared, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you haven't received this email, there are several possible explanations:
- your order hasn't been processed yet
- the email address you provided when placing your order is incorrect
- our email may have landed in your spam folder, so please check there

"My tracking says 'delivered,' but I haven't received anything."

Once your parcel is in the carrier's hands, unfortunately we can no longer manage the tracking of your delivery.
A few things to check:
- was a delivery notice left in your mailbox?
- have you asked your neighbors? Perhaps one of them picked up your parcel by mistake?
- does anyone else have access to your mailbox?

If you still can't find your parcel, please contact La Poste - Colissimo by calling 3631 to find out more about its status (be sure to have your tracking number handy, as you'll be asked for it). Please get back in touch with us if their response doesn't resolve the issue.

 "Do you have a size guide?"

The fit of some products may change from one collection to the next. That's why we've created size guides to help you choose.

If a size guide is available for the product you want to order, you can find it in the product description. On the product page, simply click the "Size guide" link if it is displayed to see the measurements for that product.

Most of our clothing products link to a size guide, but a very small number don't, as they are usually almost sold out. If needed, feel free to ask us for advice about these products.

"I'd like to change size / make a return."

Before placing an order, we recommend checking the size guide for the product you want to order, if one is available. If a size guide is available for your product, you can find it in the product description.
