"When will I receive my order?"
Every order is usually processed and shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday), the time needed to select and pack your products.
The processing time of your order may however vary depending on product availability, or during certain peak periods (Black Friday, sales, etc).
Of course, we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is prepared, it is dropped off at a postal point, and the carrier takes over. For deliveries in France, in most cases your package is delivered within 3 or 4 days after preparation.
"I did not receive a tracking number."
When your order is prepared, you automatically receive a confirmation email indicating your tracking number.
If you have not received this email, several explanations are possible:
- your order has not yet been processed
- the email address you provided when ordering is incorrect
- our email may have gone to your spam, remember to check it
"My tracking says "package delivered", but I haven't received anything."
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, unfortunately we no longer have control over the tracking of your delivery.
Some leads to explore:
- has a delivery notice been left in your mailbox?
- have you asked your neighbors? Maybe one of them mistakenly took your package?
- does another person have access to your mailbox?
If your package remains missing, we invite you to contact La Poste - Colissimo services by calling 3631 to learn more about the status of your package (make sure you have your tracking number, as it will be requested). We invite you to get back to us if their response was not sufficient.
"Do you have a size guide?"
The fit of some products may evolve over the collections. That is why nWe have created size guides to help you make your choice.
If a size guide is available for the product you wish to order, it will be accessible in its description. Once on the product page, simply click on the "Size Guide" link if it is displayed, and you will get the measurements corresponding to this product.
Most of our textile products link to a size guide, but there is a very small number of products for which this is not the case, as these are mostly nearly sold-out references. For these products, if needed, do not hesitate to ask us for advice.
"I want to change size / make a return."

Before placing any order, we invite you, when available, to consult the size guide of the product you wish to order. If a size guide is available for your product, it will be accessible in its description.
