Returns and exchanges
Before placing any order, we invite you to consult, when available, the size guide indicated in the product description.
General return conditions
Returns can only be made through your client interface.
You have a 14-day period from the delivery date to return one or more items.
Returned products must:
- not have been worn or washed,
- be in perfect condition,
- have their original tags intact.
⚠️ If a product is returned in poor condition or without proof of purchase, we cannot guarantee the processing of the return.
For hygiene reasons, the socks and underwear are not neither accepted nor exchanged.
Return shipping costs
Return costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, except in case of our error (incorrect item, product defect, etc.).
If you request an exchange, we will cover the reshipping costs of the new item from our warehouse.
Please specify clearly in the “Remark” field of your request:
- the reason for return,
- the desired size or reference in case of exchange.

Please return your items to the following address, attaching the following mandatory documents:
- your order number,
- the reason for return,
- and a proof of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items are not refundable.
They can be subject to an exchange or a credit note (voucher), only if this is specified in the “Remark” field during the request.
Important advice
- We strongly advise you to opt for a shipment with tracking.
- In case of loss of the package, no refund or exchange can be made.
The processing time may vary depending on your place of residence.
Refund
If you choose a refund:
- the initial delivery fees are not refunded,
- except in case of an error attributable to PAPER HAZE SAS.
