The story behind the design
New York, 1970s. In the streets of Chinatown, the Flying Dragons established themselves as one of the city's most feared Chinese American gangs. Made up mainly of immigrants from Hong Kong and tied to the Hip Sing Tong organization, the gang built its operations around racketeering, extortion, illegal gambling, and heroin trafficking.
For nearly two decades, they were locked in a bloody rivalry with the Ghost Shadows, another influential Chinatown gang, fueling a full-fledged turf war.
The design is inspired by this dark chapter in the history of New York's underground scene in the 1970s and 1980s.
